Debate - WUDC - Treatment, Not Prison, for Drug Dependency - GDPPC Open Final 2013

Motion: This house believes that offenders with drug dependency should be sent into treatment rather than to prison.

GDPPC Open brought together the finalists of the Global Debate and Public Policy Challenge, as well as debaters from Hungary and the region. The GDPPC Open is jointly organized by the Debate Societies of CEU, Corvinus and ELTE Universities, with the support of Open Society Foundations Budapest, IDEA SEE and CEU Student Life Office.
