Debate - Japan - Worker Dispatching

This is a demonstration debate in the National Japanese High School Format (4 v 4) on the topic of banning "worker dispatching," which is called in the U.S. and U.K. "temping." Participating in this debate are the two US-Japan exchange debaters for 2009.
