Debate: Spain vs. Chile - in Spanish

This is the final round from the 2002 Torneo Hispanoamericano de Debate held at Universidad Interamericana in Baymon, Puerto Rico. The teams were Universidad Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and Universidad Central (Chile). I am told this was a good debate. I was there but my Spanish was insufficient to render a judgment.
